The softcover book is the most common type in publishing thanks to lower production costs compared to hardcovers. In our print house, custom softcover books offer not only a favorable price but also high quality and full personalization of every element.

We produce made-to-order books in softcover in a wide range of sizes, from A6 up to A4. That means you can self-publish slim poetry booklets, short stories, manuals and guides, as well as thick novels, memoirs and children’s books.

Inner pages can be printed on white or cream offset paper 70–150 g, or on matte/gloss coated paper 115–200 g. You can choose black-and-white or color printing and even decide how many pages are in color to optimize costs.

Softcover book printing

Covers are made of single-side coated board and printed to your design. You can opt for standard covers or versions with flaps or a dust jacket. For a premium look, choose gloss, matte or soft-touch lamination.

Want extra impact? Add a die-cut window in the cover or printed fore-edges — a recent publishing hit. For prestigious editions we also offer hot stamping in gold or silver, both flat and raised.

Custom books in softcover can be packed individually in shrink film. A perfect solution for companies and self‑publishers.
